Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Ireland takes up to 10 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Express delivery to Dublin is €9.95 for next working day. International orders to the EU take 10 to 14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland is free on orders over €75. Below that it is €10. Express delivery to Dublin is €9.95.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes. We ship to the EU for €12.95 in 5 to 7 days, and to the UK for €15.95 in 5 to 10 days. For other destinations contact us for a quote. Customs charges may apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will I pay customs charges?
Not within Ireland. We hold stock in Dublin and ship from here, so orders inside the Republic have nothing to clear. That is the main practical reason to buy here rather than direct from Spain.
How do I track my order?
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is dispatched. Track it on the An Post or courier website using that number. If nothing has arrived within 48 hours of ordering, mail hello@propadel.ie.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Mail hello@propadel.ie as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we will change it. Once it is on its way you will need to wait for delivery and use the returns process.
Returns and payment
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. 30 day returns on all items, which is longer than the 14 days Irish consumer law requires. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Mail hello@propadel.ie to start a return or arrange an exchange.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Mail hello@propadel.ie with photos. We arrange a free return collection and send a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping cost. Your rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are unaffected.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
What is your VAT policy?
Irish VAT at 23% is included in all prices for orders shipped within Ireland. For EU destinations we charge the appropriate rate for that country and it is included in the price shown. UK orders may attract customs charges and VAT on arrival.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, in €25, €50, €100 and €150. Contact us and we will email it to you or straight to the person you are buying for.
Products and sizing
Are your padel rackets suitable for beginners?
Plenty of them are. For a first racket we recommend a round shape with a low balance point, which is far more forgiving on an off-centre hit. Every product page states the level the racket is built for, and there is a full guide on how to choose.
What sizes do you stock?
It varies by brand and we list the exact sizes available on each product page. Footwear from Mizuno and Asics is listed in EU sizes, Adidas in UK sizes. See the size guide for the conversion.
How often do you restock sold out items?
We aim for 2 to 4 weeks on popular items. Mail hello@propadel.ie and we will tell you the moment something lands.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are primarily online and based in Dublin. If you want to see something in person or need fitting advice, mail hello@propadel.ie or ring +353 87 469 0677 and we will arrange a time.
