Returns
Thirty days to change your mind on anything unused, which is longer than the law asks of us. If something is faulty, that is on us and we collect it.
The short version
We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
Under Irish consumer law you have the right to return an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days.
How it works
- 1. Get in touch
- Mail hello@propadel.ie within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- 2. Pack it up
- Return the item unused and in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.
- 3. Send it back
- Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- 4. Refund
- We inspect returns within 5 business days and refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after that.
What we cannot take back
Items showing signs of wear or use. A racket that has been on court has been used, even once.
Personalised or custom made items.
Anything returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If something arrives faulty
That is a different situation and it is on us. We arrange a free return collection and send either a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping cost.
This is in line with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
