We hold stock in Dublin and ship from here. Nothing sits in customs, and nothing arrives with an unexpected bill attached.

- €10, delivered within 10 business days. Free on orders over €75.
- Express, Dublin
- €9.95, next working day delivery.
- European Union
- €12.95, 5 to 7 business days. VAT included in the price for EU destinations.
- United Kingdom
- €15.95, 5 to 10 business days. Customs charges may apply.
- Rest of world
- Contact us for a shipping quote. Delivery times vary by destination.
Processing times
- Order processing
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
- Dispatch
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the parcel on the An Post or courier website using that number.
If you have not received tracking information within three business days of ordering, mail hello@propadel.ie and we will chase it.
No customs charges within Ireland
We hold stock in Dublin. Orders within the Republic ship from here, so there is nothing to clear and nothing extra to pay on the doorstep. That is the main reason to buy here rather than direct from Spain.
